Device Installation

A Control Flow Technologies Group Ltd , we work closely with the UK’s leading water companies and local councils to help households use water more efficiently, cut down on water wastage, and lower their utility bills.

If you’re a customer of one of our partner water companies, you could be eligible for a Water MOT / Audit. It’s quick and easy to find out.  Book here

Arranging your Water MOT / Audit is simple and flexible. Book online, by email, or by phone at a time that works for you, and we’ll handle everything else.

One of our experienced Control Flow Technologies Engineers will visit your property to check your water flow rates and offer practical tips on how to use water more efficiently.

Where included as part of your water company or local council scheme, they’ll also identify and fix any minor water leaks on the spot.

If they identify opportunities to help you save money and you’re happy to proceed, they may install the most suitable Control Flow HL2024® devices during the same visit or book a follow-up appointment for installation at a time that suits you. In many cases, you may not even need to be home.

Depending on the size of your property and your water meter, the visit usually takes between 20 and 45 minutes and is completely FREE for eligible customers.

How does Control Flow Technology work?

Don’t just take our word for it:

In a recent study delivered in partnership with Crawley District Council and independently validated by the University of Liverpool, results showed that an average household of four could save up to £360 per year on their utility bills by having our Control Flow HL2024® devices installed.

The study also highlighted the environmental benefits. An average UK household of four could reduce its carbon footprint by approximately 0.6 tonnes of CO₂ each year, a significant positive impact, equivalent to planting up to 28 trees per household per year.

All of this can be achieved simply by having our Control Flow HL2024® family of devices installed.
